O’Brien, who joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2024, has played a key role in elevating and unifying the marketing and client success functions. In her new role, she will oversee operations to further support InsuranceAUM.com’s rapid growth in event management and educational offerings.

Before joining InsuranceAUM.com, O’Brien spent 19 years at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the parent company of five Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, where she led digital communications strategies that transformed engagement across the healthcare industry.
